AIR-Network

  • Adaptive Internal Relational Network therapy (AIR-Nework) is a competency based, neuro-developmental of therapy. In short, (AIR) Network uses developmental science and neurology to increase mindfulness, self-regulation, and developing your sense of self while decreasing dissociation, negative beliefs, and old behavioral patterns.

  • We start by focusing on the here and now and teaching neurology to create an understanding of behaviors and survival responses.

This often looks like identifying your values or when you feel like your true self and using techniques back by neurology to gently process prior stressful events, practice self compassion, hold multiple perspectives, and reduce intense feelings related to the stressful event/s.

  • According to the Adaptive Internal Relational (AIR) Network model works with the real needs for attachment, attunement, help and trust from the framework of the Interactive Adult Awareness/Most Resourced Self .
